- Projection: How far the implant sticks out from the chest.
- Cleavage: How close together or far apart your breasts sit.
Other helpful terms include “subtle” or “undetectable” enhancement, “noticeable” fullness, “natural-looking” proportions, or “dramatic” results. Some women want the most natural results possible, while others feel they’re getting an augmentation because they want dramatic results. Both are valid and beautiful—it just depends on what you personally prefer.

The tradeoff, however, is that a larger silicone implant will require a longer incision—longer than even a medium silicone implant.
